| Abstract: | Development of digital library needs a mass of talents. But it will not be optimistic in the condition of the current personnel in China's library field. The author considered that there would be a crisis in the development of digital library in China through analyzing and comparing the requirements of digital library development to talents with current status of the current personnel. |
