| Abstract: | Three Agriculture"problem is not only an economics problem, but also a political one.It is a realistic problem and moreover a subjective one.Also,it is both a productivity problem and a problem on productive relations.The problem comes into view during the developing moment and developed moment as well.It is not only related to efficiency and furthermore related to impartiality. |
