干旱胁迫对玉米杂交组合叶片数和叶面积及生物产量的影响

摘    要:目的]研究干旱胁迫对10个玉米杂交组合叶片数和叶面积及生物产量的影响。方法]在盆栽控水干旱胁迫试验中设置正常供水(CK)和中度干旱胁迫(DT)2种水分处理。结果]S11×411的叶片数在拔节期减少最多(13.16%);449×交51叶片数在孕穗和大喇叭口期减少最多(21.82%和18.52%);411×18599叶片数在拔节和抽雄吐丝期减少量最多(12.12%和9.09%);S11×411叶面积在拔节和抽雄吐丝期减少最大(14.08%,29.14%);449×交51在孕穗和大喇叭口期减少最大(41.43%和41.27%);411×18599在4个时期减少量均最小。在2种水分处理下449×交51的生物产量最高,其次是S11×411(CK)和411×449(DT),411×18599的生物产量最小。结论]449×交51的叶片数、叶面积和生物产量在干旱和正常水分处理下均获最大值;411×449在干旱条件下栽培能获得较高产量。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to study the effects of drought stress on leaf number,leaf area and biological output of maize hybrid combinations.Method] In the pot test with drought stress by controlling water,2 kinds of water treatments as the normal water supply(CK) and middle drought stress(DT) were set up.Result] The number of leaf reduced for S11×411 was the biggest in the jointing stage,being 13.16%;the number of leaf reduced for 449×cross 51 was the biggest in the booting and large flare stages,being 21.82% and 18.52% resp.;the number of leaf reduced for 411×18599 was the biggest in the jointing stage and tasseling and silking stage,being 12.12% and 9.09% resp.;the leaf area reduced of S11×411 was the biggest in the jointing stage and tasseling and silking stage,being 14.08% and 29.14% resp.;the leaf area reduced of 449×cross 51 was the biggest in the booting and large flare stages,being 41.43% and 41.27% resp.;the leaf area reduced of 411×18599 was the smallest in above 4 stages.Under two water treatments,the biological output of 449×cross 51 was the highest,that of S11×411(CK) and 411×449(DT) was next and that of 411×18599 was the lowest.Conclusion] Under drought and normal supply water treatments,the leaf number,leaf area and biological output of 449×cross 51 were all highest;411×449 could achieve the higher yield when it was planted under drought conditions.
