基于网络平台的《食品工程原理》教学研究与实践

摘    要:针对《食品工程原理》课程特点和传统课堂教学的局限性,在多年教学实践研究的基础上,充分发挥网络教学平台优势,将传统课堂教学与网络平台教学有机结合,取得了良好的效果。通过网络教学平台的应用,有效促使传播方式由以往的传授型向研究型转变,同时,显著提升了学生的工程素质和学习能力。为普通高校工程类课程解决庞杂内容与精简课时的矛盾提出了新思路,是保障课堂教学质量的新途径。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the course‘Food Engineering Principles’as well as overcoming the boundedness of traditional classroom teaching,advantage of network platform was taken to combine the traditional classroom teaching and network teaching organically during several years of teaching practice and research,and good results were achieved.The way of knowledge transmission was transferred from teaching-type to researching-type as a result of the application of network teaching platform.Meanwhile,the network platform also improved the engineering quality and studying ability of students.It was provided that a new train of thought for the solution of the contradiction between numerous course contain and reducing course hour,and a new way to ensure the quality of classroom teaching.
