| 摘 要： | 伴随着现代企业制度的建立，农业企业尤其是农业类上市公司广泛应用现代企业制度，企业出现所有权与经营权相分离的现象。投资者在维护自身利益的同时不得不减少对企业经营权的干预，急需一套客观、有效、科学且适用于农业企业的绩效评价体系，为投资人的科学决策提供有效、客观的依据。

| Abstract: | With establishment of modern enterprise system，it is widely used by agricultural enterprises，especially agricultural listed companies.Phenomenon of separation of ownership and management is appeared in enterprises.At the same time of maintenance of its own interests，investors have no choice but reduce intervention to enterprise management.A set of objective，effective，scientific and applicable agricultural enterprises performance evaluation system is needed to provide efficient，objective basis for investors to make scientific decision. |
