| 摘 要： | 黄陂区数字电视整体转换工作到去年底已全面完成,然而,三年过去了,第一批领取数字电视机顶盒的用户有相当部分却不再续费,用户流失严重。文章从四个方面分析了造成用户流失的原因以及对策。
