黄麻七个经济性状遗传力的研究(摘要)

作者从1962年以来,结合杂交育种,对黄麻遗传规律进行一些研究。本文报道了1962—1965和1972—1974七年中对7个杂交组合的7个经济性状遗传力的研究结果。 (1) 利用亲本和杂种第一代估算环境变量的方法, 即h_B~2％=((V_(F_2)-1/3(Vp_1-Vp_2-V_(F_1))/(V_(F_2)))×100对黄麻七个经济性状的广义遗传力进行研究。不同性状的广义遗传力,从大到小依次为,分叉离地高度→生育期→皮骨比→茎高→鲜皮厚→茎粗→单株原麻重。其h_B~2n％的平均估值是:分叉离地高度60.73±15.30,生育期59.01±22.02,皮骨比58.14,茎高57.96±7.19,其遗传力较高;鲜皮厚41.30,茎粗31.40±14.50,单株原麻重29.26,其遗传力较低。不同性状在不同组合、不同年份的遗传力表现不同。

A STUDY ON THE HERITABILITY OF SEVEN ECONOMIC CHARACTERS IN JUTE (Corchorus Capsularis)

Broad-sence heritabilities (h~2B) and narrow-sence heritabilities (h~2N) of seven economic characters, i.e. plant height (cm), height from base to the "neck" of branching (cm), stem thickness (mm), thickness of fresh "bark" (mm), fibre yield per plant (g.), fibre/woody core of stem and flowering date of first flower (days), of seven crosses in jute were studied for seven years. Broad-sence heritabilities were estimated from the formulae,h_(B%)~2=((V_(F_2)-1/3(Vp_1-Vp_2-V_(F_1))/(V_(F_2)))×100. The estimates of h_B~2 are high for height from base to the "neck" of branching, flowering date of first flower, fibre/woody core of stem, plant height; moderate for thickness of fresh "bark"; and low for stem thickness and fibre yield per plant.
