摘    要:利用义乌市1986、1991、1997、2002年的LandsatTM遥感影像,在GIS技术下通过建立城市格局演变模型,定量分析义乌市人口、经济发展和城市土地利用格局演变的相关性.结果发现,人口和市区面积存在很强的线性相关性,其相关系数高达0.993 6,这表明人口增长是城市土地格局演变的最直接动力.GDP与城市土地格局的相关性很高,系数为0.931 0,说明经济增长也是城市土地格局演变的根本动力.定性分析了交通条件的影响,交通条件也对城市土地格局演变起重要作用.另外还深入探讨了义乌市城市土地格局演变过程和规律,为城市土地的进一步发展规划提供科学参考.

Abstract:With Yiwu city's remote sensing images(Landsat TM) in 1986,1991,1997 and 2002,the urban pattern evolution model was established on base of RD and DIS technique to analyze quantitatively the correlation of the urban population and economical development to urban land use pattern evolution.It is found that there is a strong linear correlation between the population and urban land use pattern evolution with the correlation coefficient of 0.993?6,suggesting that the population increase is the most direct power for urban land use pattern evolution. There is a high correlation between the GDP and urban land use pattern evolution with the correlation coefficient of 0.931 0,indicating that the economical increase also is a basic power of urban land use pattern evolution.Qualitative analysis on the effect traffic condition shows that the traffic condition also has an important effect on urban land use pattern evolution.The evolutional course and law of Yiwu urban land use pattern evolution is also discussed,which provide the foundation for urban land layout.
