摘    要:目的]探讨2种水温浸种对蓝花楹鲜种和干种发芽指标的影响,为蓝花楹种子繁殖提供理论和实践依据。方法]利用恒温培养箱,经25和45℃温水浸种后,测定蓝花楹鲜种和干种的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势及活力指数指标。结果]蓝花楹鲜种的适宜浸种温度为25℃,其发芽率为62%,发芽指数为5.4,发芽势为57.33%,活力指数为124.47;而蓝花楹干种的适宜浸种温度为45℃,其种子的发芽率为32.67%,发芽指数为3.02,发芽势为29.00%,活力指数为80.33。结论]蓝花楹鲜种萌发的适宜温度为25℃,干种萌发的适宜温度为45℃。

Abstract:Objective]This test aimed to inquire the effects on germination with different water temperature soaking for fresh and dried seed of Jacaranda acutifolia in order to supply theoretical and practice basis for its reproduction. Method]The germination percentage,germination index,germination energy and vigor index of the fresh seed and dried seed were tested after both 25 ℃ and 45 ℃ soaking with the constant incubator. Result]The results showed that the appropriate temperature for fresh seed was 25 ℃. The germination percentage,germinated index,germination tendency and the vigor index of the fresh seed was 62% and 5. 4,57. 33% and 124. 47 respectively. While the appropriate soak temperature for dried seed was 45 ℃,which germination percentage,germinated index,germination tendency and the vigor index was 32. 67% and 3. 02,29. 00% and 80. 33 respectively. Conclusion]The optimum water temperature for the fresh seeds of Jacaranda acutifolia was 25 ℃ and the optimum water temperature for the dried seeds was 45 ℃.
