| Abstract: | The paper introduced solid phase synthesis of polypeptide in brief.It included the theory of ploypeptide synthesis and its history,the sort of solid phase polypeptide synthesis,some resin in common use,synthesis steps,by-product of ploypeptide synthesis,the synthesis of rather long poly peptide chain and the synthesis method of some protein. |
