农村新能源技术推广体系建设的思考

在综合分析我国农村能源建设现状基础上,根据国家全面建设小康社会的历史任务,及社会主义新农村建设的要求,对如何加强农村能源技术推广体系建设进行了思考。新时期,农村新能源技术推广要以科学发展观为指导,各级政府部门要重视农村能源建设工作,具体职能部门要不断强化推广队伍自身建设,为建设社会主义新农村而努力奋斗。

Consideration on Construction of Extension System of New Rural Energy Technologies

Based on a comprehensive analysis of current situation of China＇s rural energy construction, and according to the historical task of building the national well-off society and requirement of building a new socialist countryside, consideration on how to strengthen the rural energy technology system was made. In the new era, widespread of new energy technologies in rural areas should be guided by the scientific viewpoint of development, and government departments at all levels should pay attention to this work, the specific functional departments ＇should continuously strengthening self-construction of their extension team, and work hard for building a new socialist countryside.
