湖南生猪产业化进程中猪种改良的探讨

摘    要:本文以国内外畜牧生产统计数据为依据,以肉猪出栏率、胴体重和存栏猪出肉量为主要性能指标,分析湖南近10年来养猪业的发展、生产力水平及与国内、外的差距,提出了牲猪产业化进程中与猪种改良相关的种质资源、新品种选育、良种繁育体系、产学研基地等重大问题,并针对“只引不育”难题提出了种猪场高起点建设、种猪交易会竞争机制、猪育种组织和生猪品种改良基金会等四点解决途径。

Abstract:The article analyzed the development of Hunan pig industry and the level and disparity of productivity in recent 20 years according to the statistical data of inland and overseas animal production,and taking pork pig carcass weight and the meat yield as the main performance indexes;on the other(hand,)the article put forward some important issues which are related to pig variety improvement in the course of porcine industrialization such as quality resources,new variety selection,well-bred breed system and some solutions such as construction of pig farm from high starting point, competitive mechanism for breeding pig trade fair,pig breeding organization and pig variety improvement foundation and so on.
