| 摘 要： | 在黄牛自然发情人工授精后的第７ｄ，再移植１枚体外受精胚胎，使受体牛同时怀有自身胎儿和与自身无血缘关系的胎儿，从而诱发一胎双犊。共对７头受精牛进行了人工诱发一胎双犊的处理，结果有３头受体牛妊娠分娩，妊娠率为３／７，产犊４头，双犊率为１／３。

| Abstract: | Double calving was induced by
transferring one IVF embryo on 7 d after artificial insemination in Chinese yellow cows with
natural estrus ,through which one of the calves inherited the recipient cow but the other did not.
Results from 7 recipient cows showed that pregnant rate was 3/7, 4 calves were born, double
calving rate was 1/3.The experiment indicated that it is practical to induce double calving by
transfer- ring IVF embryo after AI in Chinese yellow cows. |
