苹果新品种“早红”在鲁东地区的引种表现及栽培技术要点

＂早红＂是一个早熟的优良苹果品种,在烟台、威海地区的引种试验结果表明,该品种果实圆锥形,平均单果质量201 g,果面底色黄绿,着鲜红色;果肉细脆多汁,风味酸甜适度、有香味,可溶性固形物含量为14.2%,果肉硬度为8.8 kg/cm2,品质上等,冷藏条件下,可贮藏30天左右;在鲁东地区果实8月上旬成熟。该品种生长势强,抗病性好,易形成短果枝,早果丰产,是一个适合鲁东地区推广栽植的优良早熟苹果品种。

Introduction Performance and Key Cultivation Technique of New Apple Cultivar 'Zaohong' in East Areas of Shandong Province

'Zaohong' is a new early-mature apple cultivar.Its introduction performance was studied in Yantai and Weihai areas.The results showed that the fruit was nearly conic in shape with green-yellow skin covered by bright red color and its single fruit weight was 201 g in average.The flesh was fine,crisp and juicy with the soluble solid content of 14.2% and the flesh hardness of 8.8 kg/cm2.It had very good eating quality and tasted sweet with moderate sour.It could be stored for 30 days under cold storage and rip...
