摘    要:[目的]建立果蔬中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、乙萘酚、乙氧基喹、对苯基苯酚、联苯醚和苯甲醇同时测定的气-质联用法.[方法]样品用丙酮-乙酸乙酯(V/V=50/50)超声萃取,脱水,浓缩定容,经GC/MS分析.[结果]测定中6种组分分离良好并排除了样品中杂质峰的干扰,加标平均回收率为80.7;~94.7;,相对标准偏差为2.11 ;~4.25 ;;检出限50~80 μg/L.[结论]该方法简便、准确、可以作为测定果蔬中防腐杀菌剂的仲裁检测方法.

Abstract:[Objective]an efficient method for analyzing six preservatives and bactericides,namely,2.4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,2-naphthalenol,ethoxyquin,p-hydroxybiphenyl,diphenyl ether and benzyl alcohol by GC-MS was developed.[Method]Samples were extracted with acetone-ethyl acetate (V/V=50/50) by ultrasonic,concentrated,separated through DB-5MS capillary column and determined with MS detector.[Result]Each preservatives and bactericides was separated nicer and obviated impurity disturbing.The average recoveries for the six preservatives and bactericides ranged from 80.7%-94.7 % with relative standard deviations of 2.11 %-4.25 %,and the limits of detection were from 50-80 μg/L.[Conclusion]the method is suitable to simultaneous assay the six preservatives and bactericides in fruits and vegetables with simplicity and accuracy as a mediatorial inspection.
