雷公藤内生真菌的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:通过对雷公藤植物内生真菌进行分离,对内生真菌抑菌活性进行了研究。研究结果显示,从雷公藤不同器官中共分离出22株不同形态型的内生真菌,其广泛存在于植株的根、茎、叶中,其中植株枝中的分离数量高于根和叶。大多数内生真菌都具有抑菌活性,与菌丝体相比,内生真菌的发酵液提取物具有较强的抑菌活性。不同类型病源菌的比较结果表明,筛选的内生真菌对病源性真菌具有较好的抑制作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the abundant and antifungal and antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi from Tripterygiun wilfordii, endophytic fungi was isolated from tissue segments. Further, antifungal and antibacterial activity of endophytic strains was tested by using a screening method with filter paper. The results indicated that 22 different morphotype strains were obtained from the roots, stalks and leaves. Endophytic fungi lived widely in the body of T. wilfordii. The strains isolated from stalk were more than those from roots and leaves. Most of strains isolated were found to have some antibacterial or antifungal activity. The extract from mycelia showed the more significant inhibition activity than that of the fermentation broth. The endophytic fungi exhibited a greater inhibition on pathogenic fungi in comparison with pathogenic bacteria.
