摘    要:为实现丘陵山区中小型规模化养猪场粪污处理达到资源化利用目的,形成种养结合模式。文章以四川省宜宾市屏山县域洪养殖专业合作社为例,针对其粪污原有采用“场内储液池(水泡粪)+场外储液池+固液分离+黑膜储液池”排放灌溉处理工程工艺存在的处理后养殖废水未能达到灌溉标准的问题,通过新增UASB厌氧反应池、高温智能禽畜粪便发酵罐、A/O系统反应池等处理设备与设施,把原工程工艺改为“养殖废水(水泡粪)+格栅渠+废水收集池+固液分离+缓冲池+UASB厌氧反应池+中沉池+一级A/O系统反应池+二级A/O系统反应池+二沉池+深度处理池+清水池+生态氧化塘”,同时对处理后的粪污进行检测。结果表明:优化改造后的工程工艺,运行效果良好,最终排出的养殖废水符合GB5084-2021《农田灌溉水质标准》“旱作”标准,养殖粪便经过无害化处理后转化为优良的有机肥料。该工程工艺可有效解决丘陵山区中小型规模化养猪场面源污染问题,实现粪污资源化利用。

Manure treatment for small and medium scale pig farms in hilly mountainous areas Engineering process optimization study
Abstract:In order to achieve the purpose of resource utilization of manure treatment in small and medium-sized pig farms in hilly mountainous areas, a combined model of breeding and raising is formed. The article takes Yibin City, Sichuan Province, PingShan County, domain Hong breeding professional cooperative as an example, for its manure original use of "on-farm storage tank (blister manure) + off-farm storage tank + solid-liquid separation + black film storage tank" discharge irrigation treatment engineering process exists after treatment of breeding wastewater can not reach irrigation standards, by adding UASB anaerobic reaction tank, high temperature intelligent livestock manure fermentation tank, A/O system reaction tank and other treatment equipment and facilities. The original project process is changed to "breeding wastewater (blister manure) + grate canal + wastewater collection tank + solid-liquid separation + buffer tank + UASB anaerobic reaction tank + medium sedimentation tank + primary A/O system reaction tank + secondary A/O system reaction tank + secondary sedimentation tank + depth treatment tank + clear water tank" by adding new treatment equipment and facilities such as UASB anaerobic reaction tank, high-temperature intelligent livestock manure fermenter and A/O system reaction tank. + ecological oxidation pond", and at the same time, the treated manure was tested. The results show that the optimized and modified engineering process has good operation effect, and the final discharged breeding wastewater meets the standard of "dry farming" of GB5084-2021 "Water Quality Standard for Farmland Irrigation", and the breeding manure is transformed into good organic fertilizer after harmless treatment. The project technology can effectively solve the problem of surface source pollution of small and medium-sized pig farms in hilly mountainous areas and realize the resource utilization of manure.
