香菇多糖对靶动物鸡的安全性试验

为评价香菇多糖对靶动物鸡的安全性, 选取15日龄健康海兰鸡200羽,随机均分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10羽。3个给药组分别在饮水中按临床推荐给药量的5倍(100 mg/L)、3倍(60 mg/L)、1倍(20 mg/L) 添加香菇多糖,连饮5天,对照组不给药。给药后连续观察至停药后第7天；通过对一般临床症状、生长性能、血液学和血液生化指标、病理组织学等观察和检测, 结果表明:香菇多糖按20 mg/L～100 mg/L浓度混饮对靶动物鸡无明显毒副作用,临床应用安全。

Safety test of Lentinan on target animal chicken

In order to evaluate the safety of lentinan on target chickens, 200 healthy 15-day-old Hy-line chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups. The 3 groups were given lentinan in drinking water for 5 days, at 5 times (100 mg/L), 3 times (60 mg/L) and 1 times (20 mg/L) of the clinically recommended dosage, while the control group was not given.lentinan.Observation was continued until the 7th day after drug withdrawal;The general clinical symptoms, calculated average body weight, hematology, blood biochemical indexes and histopathology were observed and detected. The results showed that lentinan mixture at the concentration of 20 mg/L~100 mg/L had no obvious toxic and side effects on target chickens and was safe for clinical application.
