摘    要:【目的】优化荜澄茄挥发油提取工艺,并研究其对卷烟吸食品质的影响,为天然植物在卷烟中的进一步应用提供新方向及思路。【方法】采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取荜澄茄挥发油,利用响应面法优化其提取工艺,并通过评吸法评价其对卷烟吸食品质的影响。【结果】荜澄茄挥发油最佳提取工艺条件:液料比2.5∶1、浸泡时间18 h、蒸馏时间1 h,将在此条件下提取的挥发油添加至卷烟中进行评吸,评吸得分为90.5分,略高于预测值(90.0分)。荜澄茄挥发油能起到提升卷烟香气质、降低烟气刺激性、改善余味、掩盖杂气等作用,对卷烟吸食品质有较好的促进作用。【结论】优化条件下提取的荜澄茄挥发油对提升卷烟的吸食品质效果最佳,可用于卷烟加香和品质的提升。

Abstract:Objective]In order to provide new direction and ideas for further application of Fructus Litseae in cigarettes,extraction process of volatile oil from Fructus Litseae was optimized,and its influence on smoking quality of cigarette was studied. [Method]Volatile oil was extracted from Fructus Litseae by hydro-distillation method,and response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to optimize extraction conditions. Then effect of extracted volatile oil on smoking quality of cigarette was evaluated by smoke panel test. [Result]The optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil were as follows:2.5∶1 of liquid-material ratio,18 h of soaking time,1 h of distillation time. After the volatile oil extracted under these conditions were added to cigarette,smoking quality of cigarette obtained the highest score(90.5 points),and was slightly more than predictive value(90.0 points). The aroma quality of cigarette was enhanced, irritation of smoke was reduced,the aftertaste was improved,the miscellaneous gas was covered up by volatile oil of Fructus Litseae. It posed a good effect on improving smoking quality of cigarette . [Conclusion]Smoking quality of cigarette can be improved by adding volatile oil of Fructus Litseae,and volatile oil of Fructus Litseae possessed good application prospects.
