Abstract:In this test,the nutritional compositions in pollens of Chinese date, walnut,apple,pear,peach and apricot were determined by the aid of amino acid analytic instrument,high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC)and others.The main results were as follows: 1.The eontents of amino acids in pollens were very high.The nutritional value of pollens was higher than milk,eggs,beaf,wheat, maize and so on. 2.Pollens were precious additives of foods and they might be put into grain,bean products and dairy products. 3.Pollens were not only a valuable resource of food,but also a natu- ral resource Of medicament.
