摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究了具有不同耐低钾能力玉米自交系在不同土壤速效钾浓度水平下的生理特性差异。分析测定结果表明,不同速效钾浓度处理下,出苗后第13天两自交系间叶绿素含量相近,到第26天时H-Z4-1叶绿素含量显著高于H2;随着土壤速效钾浓度的降低,两个玉米自交系的株高都呈下降趋势;H2的MDA含量高于H-Z4-1;H-Z4-1的SOD活性和POD活性均高于H2。

Abstract:This article studied the physiological characteristics difference of different tolerance ability of maize inbred lines under low potassium stress.When the seedlings had been cultivated in pots for a period of time,some physiological characteristics indexes was measured.The results showed that the chlorophyll content hadn't any change when the seedlings had grown for 13 days,but H-Z4-1 was higher than H2 when they had grown for 26 days.The plant height was decreased as the soil potassium concentration decreased.The MDA content of H2 was higher than that of H-Z4-1.The SOD and POD activity of H-Z4-1 was higher than that of H2.
