| 摘 要： | 文章以新鲜血液为材料,比较传统TRIzol法和试剂盒法提取血液中总RNA的效果。结果表明,与TRIzol法相比,试剂盒法具有简便、快速、高纯度等特点,且提取的RNA样品质量较高,可直接用于RT-PCR合成、Northern杂交等分子生物学操作。

| Abstract: | Taking the fresh blood as the material,the effects of extracting total RNA in blood with the traditional method of TRIzol and the RNA Extraction Kit were compared.The results indicated that compared to the method of TRIzol,the RNA Extraction Kit was simple,fast and high purity.The RNA extracted was suitable for applications in molecular biology,such as RT-PCR,Northern Blot hybridization. |
