摘    要:建立了联苯肼酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Kromasil C18柱.二极管阵列紫外检测器,检测波280nm;以乙腈:0.017mol/L高氯酸水溶液(70:30.v/v)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min。外标法对有效成分进行定量分析,在50—250mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.99998,平均回收率99.5%,样品测定的标准偏差0.20,变异系数为0.46%。

Abstract:An analytical method for the determination of bifenazate established using Kromasil C18 column and DAD detector at 280 nm 43% SC by wavelength. HPLC was The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.017M perchloric acid solution (70:30, by vol) at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 in the range of 50-250mg/L, the average recovery was 99.5%, the standard deviation was 0.20, the coefficient of variation was 0.46% respectively.
