| 摘 要： | 对贵州麻羊13个个体线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因全序列进行直接测序比对。结果表明，山羊线粒体细胞色素b基因全长为1140bp，T、C、A和G碱基的平均含量分别为26．8％、28．2％、31．9％和13．1％，碱基组成的百分比中显示出G的相对缺乏，A＋T含量（58．7％）比G＋C（41．3％）含量高；总共发现6个变异位点，分别为174、576、594、721、852、1068；观察到3种单倍型；构建了16个山羊个体的N-J树，显示贵州黔北麻羊存在2个母系起源。

| Abstract: | Complete sequence of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b gene was amplified and sequenced from the 13 samples in Qianbei pockmarked goat population.The results showed that,the complete sequence length of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b gene was 1140 bp,The mean nucleotides composition of all the sequences was T:26.8%,C:28.2%,A:31.9% and G: 13.1% respectively.A+T(58.7%) was higher than G+C(41.3%).A total of 6 mutation sites and three hyplotypes were detected.The NJ tree indicated that Qianbei pockmarked goat have ... |
