摘 要: | 以粳稻品种宁粳1号和镇稻88为材料,在水稻开花期采用剪叶和疏花处理方法调控单茎叶面积和颖花数的差异,研究剪叶和疏花处理对稻米淀粉RVA谱特征值的影响。结果表明,随剪叶数量增加,叶花比下降,峰值黏度(Pkv)、热浆黏度(Hpv)和冷胶粘度(cpv)显著降低;随疏花数量增多,叶花比提高,峰值黏度(Pkv)、热浆黏度(Hpv)和冷胶粘度(cpv)显著上升;崩解值(BDV)、消减值(SBV)和回复值(CSV)变化较复杂。研究初步明确了粳米叶花比为1.5-3.0左右为叶花比影响稻米淀粉RVA谱特征值的临界值区间,其结果可供粳稻优质育种和栽培参考。

The Effect of Leaf-cutting and spikelet-thinning on the starch RVA profile characteristics of the japonica rice Ningjing 1 and Zhendao 88 |

Abstract: | Leaf-cutting and spikelet-thinning treatment were conducted at the rice flowering stage and different leaf areas of single stem as well as different numbers of spikelet per panicle were analyzed in this study. Japonica rice varieties Ningjing 1 and Zhendao 88 were used in this study to investigate the effects of leaf-cutting and spikelet-thinning on the starch RVA profile characteristics. The relationship between starch RVA profile characteristics and the leaf-spikelet ratio were studied based on different treatment and results indicated that increased numbers of the leaf-cutting induced the decreased leaf-spikelet ratio while Pkv, Hpv and cpv were significant increased. Moreover, when the numbers of the spikelet-thinning increased, leaf-spikelet ratio increased but Pkv, Hpv and cpv were significantly decreased. And the relationship between BDV, SBV, CSV and the leaf-spikelet ratio were complexed. Our study initially identified that The critical value of interval of Leaf-spikelet ratios were 1.5-3.0 cm2/spikelet and this study provides a basis for breeding and cultivation of high-quality japonica rice. |
