甘肃省农业经济发展水平综合评价

为了给各区域农业经济综合评价提供参考，以便促进甘肃省区域农业经济持续、稳定发展，笔者根据2012年《甘肃发展年鉴》的统计资料^[1]，采用灰色关联分析和聚类分析法对甘肃省14个市州的农业经济发展水平进行了综合评价和分类，并对各市州在甘肃农业经济发展中的地位进行简要分析。结果表明，农业经济依然是甘肃省国民经济的支柱，由于各区域不同的自然和经济因素，甘肃省县域农业经济整体显现“西高东低，北高南低”的特征。河西地区处于优等水平（1类区），中部和陇东地区处于中等水平（2类区），南部山区处于差等水平（3类区）。灰色关联分析与聚类分析法的结合，能够为农业经济评价提供一种科学、客观的理论计算方法。

Synthesis Appraisal of Agriculture Economic Development Level in Gansu Province

According to 2012 Gansu Development Statistical Yearbook, the author separately used the gray correlation analysis and the clustering analysis method made an analysis on the Gansu Province 14 locally prefectures agricultural economic level of development, and briefly evaluated the each city position in Gansu agricultural economy, in order to provide a reference to regional agricultural economy and promote the agricultural economy in Gansu Province a sustained and stable development. The results showed that： agricultural economy was still the backbone of the national economy in Gansu Province, because of different natural and economic factors, the county agricultural economy as a whole feature showed that ＇west to east, from north to south＇ in Gansu Province. Hexi area was excellent of all areas （class 1 area）, central and eastern Gansu Region at a medium level （class 2 district）, the southern mountainous at poor level （class 3 area）. It was combining grey relational analysis with cluster analysis combination that people could provide a scientific evaluation of the agricultural economy and an objective theoretical calculation method.
