摘    要:基于城乡统筹和用地节约的基本理念,以快速城镇化过程中城乡空间布局调整和人口转移同步协调发展为目标,针对乡村空间布局调整的关键技术问题进行研究,构建了乡村空间布局调整目标定量识别、调整过程综合控制与调整方案弹性分步实施相结合的技术体系。该技术体系为迁村并点提供了定量的科学依据,体现了新农村建设的“生产+生活+生态”保障原则,同时提高了村镇空间布局调整方案的可操作性,为推动城乡空间协调发展提供了重要的技术支撑。

Abstract:Based on the concept of balanced urban-rural development and land saving, this paper Study on the key technical problem about adjustment of the space layout, which aimed at the coordinated development of the space layout adjustment and rural-urban migration in the process of rapid urbanization. The combined technologies of quantitative target identification , comprehensive process-control, and elastic program implementation for rural space layout adjustment. It provides a scientific basis for villages amalgamate and embodies all the fundamental principles of productivity, life and environment. It also Improves the operability of the plan for rural space layout adjustment. All the technology can provide important support for harmonious urban - rural development.
