蜂胶蜂蜡防治果树真菌病害的试验研究

摘    要:为了提高果品质量、果实产量以及果树寿命,克服化学药剂给果实、果树、人体以及环境带来的副作用,将蜂蜡、蜂胶液与中草药液复合,形成的深咖啡色膏体状制剂对于果树真菌病害具有较好的防治效果。在实验室分别用蜂胶和中草药提取液进行抑菌试验,结果表明稀释浓度为50%的蜂胶液对圆弧青霉(Penicillium cyclopium)和黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)有显著的抑制效果;稀释浓度为20%的中药液对这2种真菌有极显著的抑制效果。采用2因素3水平,进行正交试验(无交互作用)与抑制真菌试验,发现组合A1B3为最优水平组合,其对2种真菌的抑制率达到90%以上。在果园中对修剪枝及患腐烂病害的果树涂抹蜂胶蜂蜡复合制剂,能起到良好的保护和防治功效。

Propolis Beeswax Experimental Study on the Prevention and Control of Fruit Tree Fungus Diseases

Abstract:Beeswax, extracts of propolis and Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation, the formation of a deep coffee color paste preparation. In the laboratory with extract of propolis and Chinese herbal medicine for antibacterial test, results showed that the diluted concentration of 25% propolis liquid on Penicillium cyclopium and Aspergillus niger had significant inhibiting effect; the diluted concentration of 20% Chinese herbal medicine liquid on these two kinds of fungi had extremely significant inhibiting effect. With two factors and three levels, orthogonal test (no interaction) and inhibiting fungi experiment were carried out, we found that the combination of A1B3 is the optimal combination, the antibacterial rate more than 90% to two kinds of fungi. In the orchard, smearing of propolis beeswax compound preparation on pruning branches and suffer from rot fruit trees, can play a good effect of protection and control.
