摘    要:为推进万宁槟榔产业发展,打造万宁富硒槟榔品牌,确保万宁槟榔的质量安全。根据宁市委、市政府的要求,作者在研究二维码(QR code)技术的基础上,研究分析槟榔从鲜果到初加工再到深加工的生产加工过程,设计槟榔质量安全追溯流程和编码结构,构建基于二维码技术的万宁槟榔质量安全追溯系统。应用表明万宁槟榔生产加工企业通过使用该系统,提高了槟榔安全生产管理水平,实现了槟榔质量安全追溯,促进了槟榔产业化经营和标准化管理,同时为万宁市委、市政府监管提供溯源依据。

Abstract:In order to promote Wanning areca industry development, build Wanning Se areca brand, to ensure the quality and safety of Wanning areca. According to the Wanning municipal Party committee, city government requirements, author studies two-dimensional code (QR Code) technology, based on research and analysis from fresh fruit to the initial processing of areca and then deep-processing production process, designs the processes and the coding structure of areca quality safety traceability, constructs Wanning areca quality safety traceability system based on two-dimensional code (QR Code) technology. Application shows Wanning areca production and processing enterprises improve the safety management level of areca through the use of this system, achieve the quality safety traceability, promote industrialized operation of areca and standardized management, as well as Wanning municipal Party committee, city government regulatory basis to provide traceability.
