紫外光对菌核(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary)萌发和子囊盘形成速度的影响

摘    要:本文研究了紫外光对大豆菌核(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary)萌发和子囊盘形成速度及成熟的影响。试验结果表明,大豆菌核经紫外线照射后,不仅能促进菌核萌发,增加展开子囊盘的百分率,而且还能增加子囊盘的数目。用紫外线照射大豆菌核,照射时间范围10~150分钟,对菌核无伤害作用,菌核仍能正常地长出子囊盘。

Abstract:The effects of ultra-violet on the germination of sclerotia and the speed of apothecial de- velopment of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary on soybean were studied.The results showed that ultra-violet radiation not only accelerated the germination of sclerotia but also increased the percentage of well developed apothecia as well as the number of apothecia per sclerotium.Sclerotia formed apothecia nomally with the radiation of ultra-violet ranging from 10 to 150 minutes without any harmful effects.
