| 摘 要： | 对46份外引黑米种质资源株高、有效穗、穗长、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重、谷粒长宽比、播始历差等8个农艺性状进行主成分及聚类分析,选出特征根累计贡献率为85.69%的前5个主成分;在主成分的基础上,对46份外引黑米种质资源进行了系统聚类分析,在欧氏距离d2=4.19的水平上将其划分成3大类型:第1大类群为为晚熟、高秆、适穗、多粒类型;第2大类群为早熟、中秆、长穗、重粒类型;第3类群为晚熟、高秆、多穗、多粒、轻粒类型。
