皂荚实生苗培育及嫁接关键技术研究

摘    要:用浓硫酸处理皂荚种子,分析其对种子膨胀率和发芽率的影响。以同种源、长势一致的2年生皂荚实生砧木苗为研究对象,研究不同嫁接方法和不同嫁接时间对成活率的影响。结果表明,随着浓硫酸浸泡时间的延长,膨胀率增加,浸泡45 min的皂荚种子发芽率最高;皂荚的成活率在不同嫁接方法和嫁接时间之间均存在显著差异,春季带木质部芽接的皂荚成活率最高。

Abstract:Through the treatment of Gleditsia sinensis seeds in snlfuric acid, the influence of seed expansion rate and germination rate were analyzed, the influence of graft method, graft time on germination rate was studied with the same provenance 2 a C, leditsia sinensis stock seedling. The results showed that expansion rate increased with the soak time increasing while the germination rate remained ,germination rate was the highest when soak time was 45 min. Survival rate of Gleditsia sinensis difference was significant with different graft method and graft time, and survival rate of Gleditsia sinensis was the highest in Spring.
