茄子雄性不育系苗期植株生长特性与光合作用的研究

摘    要:为探讨茄子不育系苗期生长缓慢的黄化现象,以茄子雄性不育系及其保持系为试材,对苗期的生长特性、光合作用以及与生长相关的几个生理生化指标进行了比较研究。结果表明:不育系植株的叶片数、株高、叶绿素、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量,都明显低于保持系,C/N则高于保持系;不育系和保持系的叶片的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰曲线,峰值在9:00,次峰值在15:00,有明显的“午休”现象;不育系和保持系的光合生理生态参数有显著差异,不育系和保持系的光补偿点和饱和点分别为53μmol/(m2.s)和1365μmol/(m2.s)、43μmol/(m2.s)和940μmol/(m-2.s);CO2补偿点和饱和点分别为93μL/L和1075μL/L、90μL/L和1285μL/L。

Abstract:In order to discuss the eitolation phenomenon of the eggplant male sterile line during seedling stage,the eggplant male sterile line and its maintainer line were used as materials to analyze the growth characters,photosynthesis and physilogical and biochemical indexes during seedling stage in this paper.Results showed: the number of leaves,plant height,the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and free amino acid in male sterile line were lower than those in maintainers.The curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate(Pn) in leaves of male sterile lines and their maintainers showed two peaks,occurring at 9:00 and 15:00,respectively.Midday depression of Pn(13:00) was found in leaves of both male sterile lines and their maintainers.Some physioecological parameters showed significant differences between male sterile lines and their maintainers.The light compensation and saturation point of Pn in male sterile lines and their maintainers leaves were 53 μmol/((m~2·s)) and 1 365 μmol/(m~2·s),43 μmol/(m~2·s) and 940 μmol/(m~2·s),respectively.The CO_2 compensation and saturation point of Pn in male sterile lines and their maintainers leaves were(93 μL/L) and 1 075 μL/L,90 μL/L and 1 285 μL/L,respectively.
