摘    要:在烤烟团棵期连续一周无雨时进行了灌水、正常和干旱对比处理试验。测定了烟叶净光合速率(Pn)、水分利用效率(WUE)、气孔导度(Cond)、细胞间的CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Trmmol)、叶温(Tleaf)生理指标。得出烤烟灌水后上午的净光合速率、水分有效利用率比正常区和干旱区的大,下午介于两者之间;气孔导度在温度低时比正常区要小,比干旱区要大,温度高时,比正常区和干旱区大;CO,浓度上午下降和下午上升均介于两者之间;蒸腾速率下午要比正常区和干旱区快;叶温比正常区和干旱区低。适时适宜的灌水有利烟叶的生长。出叶速率比正常区快0.07片/d,比干旱区快0.46片/d;干物质增长速率与正常区接近,比干旱区高0.76g/d;株高增高速率比正常区高0.98cm/d,比干旱区高1.54cm/d;叶面积增长速率比正常区快3.28cm^2.比干旱区快5.9cm^2。

Abstract:A comparative experiment was carried out on flue-cured tobacco under different treatments at its resettling stage during a week without raining.The indexes of net photosynthesis rate(Pn),water utilization effeciency(Wue),stomata conductance(Gs),intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Ts) and leaf temperature under the water irrigation treatment,the normal treatment and the dry treatment were measured.The results were concluded as follows: when irrigated the net photosynthesis rate(Pn) and the water utilization effeciency(Wue) were higher than those under the normal and dry treatments in the morning,and between that under the normal treatment and dry treatment in the afternoon;the stomata conductance(Gs) was lower than that under the normal treatment,higher than that under the dry treatment when the temperature decreased,and at high temperature the stomata conductance under the normal treatment was higher than that under the dry treatment;the change of intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci) was between that under the normal treatment and that under the dry treatment,which rose in the morning and dropped in the afternoon;the(transpiration) rate(Ts) under the irrigation treatment was higher than that under the normal treatment and that under the dry treatment;the leaf temperature was lower than that under the normal treatment and that under the dry treatment.So suitable and timely irrigation was advantageous to the growth of flue-cured tobacco.The rate of leaf vegetation was higher than that under the normal treatment by 0.07 leaf per day and higher than that under the dry treatment by 0.46 leaf per day;the rate of dry-matter increase was close to that under the normal treatment,and was higher than that under the dry treatment by 0.76 g/d;the rate of stem heightening was higher than that under the normal treatment by 0.98 cm/d,and higher than that under the dry treatment by 1.54 cm/d;the rate of leaf area increase was higher than that under the normal treatment by 3.28 cm~2,and higher than that under the dry treatment by 5.91 cm~2.
