| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)又称猪蓝耳病,是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起猪的一种以繁殖障碍为主的传染病.ELISA血清学检测是目前蓝耳病抗体检测最常用的方法,本文重点以检测PRRSV衣壳N蛋白产生的抗体建立起的ELISA方法进行论述,以期在猪蓝耳病抗体ELISA方法研究和选用方面有所帮助. |
