| Abstract: | Based on problems reflected on results of evaluation of ability of agricultural scientific research units and technology exploiting units all over the country during the Tenth-Five year period made by Ministry of Agriculture, considerations on how to improve the ability of scientific research of provincial academies of agricultural sciences were put forward in the paper. |
