| 摘 要： | 以树仔菜单芽茎段作为外植体进行组织培养与快繁的研究.在启动培养中,外植体的腋芽在MS 1.0 mg几BA的培养基上萌发早,生长快;MS 0.1 mg/L BA的培养基用于增殖培养效果较好,苗壮,分枝和叶片多;在1/2MS培养基上生根培养,生根率高,产生的根系发达.

| Abstract: | Study on micropropagation of Sauropus audrogymns Meer was conducted with stem segments with single node as explants. The shoots germinated early and quickly on the initiation medium of MS 1.0 mg/L BA and the best multiplication medium was MS 0.1 mg/L BA on which shoots grew stronger and produced more branches and leaves. Shoots were rooted on the medium of 1/2 MS. |
