中学图书馆导读工作新探

导读工作是中学图书馆工作的重要组成部分。在论述中学图书馆开展导读工作重要性的基础上,分析当前导读工作存在的问题与不足,提出对策,采取多种措施,包括提高学生获取信息的能力、开展形式多样的导读活动、提高馆员自身素质等来推进中学图书馆导读工作的开展。

Reading Guidance of Middle School Library

Reading guidance is an important part in the work of middle school library. On the base of stating the importance of library reading guidance work, this paper analyzed the problems, and put forward some suggestions to promote the reading guidance work, including improving students＇ abilities of getting information, developing varieties of reading guidance activities and strengthening the abilities of the librarians.
