| Abstract: | With the continuous development of 3G network technology and the popularity of mobile phones, profound changes have taken place in the reading pattern of college students. Library was no longer the only place where the students to read, making use of modern science and technology and developing the service to transform the collection resources for mobile reading has been the developing trend of this era, and also brought new development opportunities for university library. |
