| 摘 要： | 毕业实习与毕业设计是重要的实践教学环节。近年来,根据学生就业形势的变化,对传统的毕业实习与毕业设计模式进行了改革。通过改变毕业设计的选题模式、实行“双导师”机制、调整教学计划进行多课程的集中综合实习以及毕业实习和毕业设计与教师科研相结合等措施,提高了学生的综合应用能力和就业率。

| Abstract: | The graduation practice and project is an important practicality-teaching link.In recent years,according to the changing of employment situation,the traditional graduation practice and design models were reformed.The practice ability and the employment rate of students are raised through the reformation measures such as reforming the subject selection model of graduation project,implementing the system of "double tutor",carrying out the comprehensive practice of multi-courses,combining the graduation practice and project with teachers'scientific research items,and so on. |
