不同茶树种质资源比较研究

摘    要:对12份茶树种质资源进行RAPD分析发现,它们可以分为4组,日本引进茶种有性后代4个单株JP1~4和福鼎、乌牛早、浙农139遗传距离接近。对12份种质资源的发芽期和生化成分进行比较鉴定,筛选出发芽早,并且茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱含量较高的JP-1、JP-3、J-2及J-3,可以作为进一步开发研究早生、优质茶树品种的育种材料;J-1,J-2和JP-4咖啡因含量较低,是培育低咖啡因品种的良好素材;S-1和S-2是培育高儿茶素品种的良好材料。

Abstract:Twelve tea germplasms were tested with RAPD showed, they can be divided into four groups.The genetic distance of four lines from Japan(JP1~4)are close to Fudingdabaicha, Wuniuzao and Zhenong139.sproating phase and chemical composition of twelve tea lines were compared and identified. Select JP-1, JP-3, J-2 and J-3 had higher concentration of which contain high tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine. And J-1,J-2 andJP-4 have lower content of caffeine.which might be good materials for breeding low caffeine tea cultivars. S-1 and S-2 were good breeding materials for breeding cultivars with high concent catechins.
