| 摘 要： | 应用美国IDEXX公司生产的PRRS抗体ELISA试剂盒和PRRS抗体免疫金标试纸同时检测12份猪血清，阳性率均为41．67％、(5／12)。二种试剂都具有微量、特异、准确的优点。前者需要有酶标仪等仪器，试验时间长，成本高，但能用准确的数字表达抗体水平；后者不需要特殊仪器设备，试验时间短，成本低，适用于基层兽医站、养猪场使用。 |

| Abstract: | 12 pig sera were detected by ELISA kit and colloidal gold strip. They had the same results and 5 positive in 12 sera (41. 67% ). They appear to be a little, specific and exact methods for detecting PRRS. ELISA kit need expensive equipment and reagents , longer experiment time, but can show antibody level at a figure. Colloidal gold strip don' t need equipment, short - time detection and low expense, it quite may be applied for dasie veterinary station and pig farm. |
