多措并举促进农业产业化发展

农业产业化是我国建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会的重要途径。扶持政策作为政府宏观经济政策的重要组成部分,在推进农业产业化发展方面应该发挥积极的作用。本文在剖析现行农业产业化扶持政策的基础上,侧重于从多措并举对农业产业化经营影响机理的角度,论证了扶持政策支持农业产业化发展的重点领域,进而提出了完善农业产业化税收政策体系的具体建议。
