大围山微型鸡生物学特性及保种利用价值

摘    要:大围山微型鸡(Daweishan Mini Chickens)仅分布在云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州屏边县境内300~1 500m的中低海拔山区地带,尤以屏边县大围山为中心的玉屏镇、白河乡、湾塘乡居多,是我国具有独特遗传特性的亚热带型早熟地方家禽品种。综合红河州畜牧技术推广站、屏边县畜牧兽医局及云南农业大学相关研究报道认为:①大围山微型鸡来源于屏边县大围山系特有的野生原鸡;②大围山微型鸡属于目前所报道的我国地方鸡种中体重较轻的地方鸡种;③大围山微型鸡群体平均杂合度和群体平均多态信息含量较低,纯合度较高,未受到其他外来血液的混杂,是一个封闭的原始群体,具有较高的遗传一致性;④从屠宰性能指标显示,大围山微型鸡具有较高的屠宰率;⑤大围山微型鸡每千克体重所产当日枚蛋重相对大,饲料转化率相对高。

Abstract:Daweishan Mini Chicken was a local poultry with particular genetic characteristics in the subtropical zone,which was only distributed in the area centered around Daweishan.Analyzing the research evidences in the area,Daweishan Mini Chicken was a primary chicken which only found from Daweishan of Pingbian;Daweishan Mini chicken was the slighter primary chicken reported so far in China;the population mean heterozygosities and the average polymorphism information content were lower than those which were reported in the document;high dressing percentage and feed conversion rate had been found.
