论大学生社会化的实现

社会性是人的基本属性之一,社会化是贯穿于人一生的必经过程,人的个性形成和思维发展无不受社会化过程的影响.个体的社会化主要由个体内化和社会教化实现.大学生作为个体的精英,其社会化过程尤为重要和关键.本文从分析当前大学生个性发展入手,提出通过改善教师育人、同学交往和校园环境等方面不足来更好地实现大学生的社会化.

On the Realization of the University Students'''' Socialization

As one of the human being's basic attributes,sociality is the basic process penetrating all the human being's life.It influences both the forming of personality and the developing of thought.Individual's socialization is accomplished mainly through individual internalization and social cultivation.The socialization process of the university students,who are the individual genius,is especially important and crucial.Beginning from the analysis of the development of the university student's personality,this paper points out the we should accomplish the socialization of the university students better through improving such aspects as teaching and educating,their communication and school environments.
