| 摘 要： | 利用宝灵曼公司的Ｄｉｇｏｘｉｇｅｎｉｎ（ＤＩＧ）ＤＮＡ标记试剂盒标记探针进行家蚕基因组ＤＮＡ的ＲＦＬＰ分析，对杂交条件，封阻剂的使用及标记探针的重复使用等问题进行了探讨，并提高了试剂盒的检测效率。

| Abstract: | The probe labeling with Digoxigenin(DIG)DNA and
detection kit(BoehringerMannheim)were used in tbe analyses of RFLP in the silkworm Bombyx
mori L.The con-ditions of hybridiztion,usage of blocking reagent,repeated uses of labeled probe
and othertechnical conditions were investigated in the use of the kit.The results showed that
underthe conditions in whicb the detection rate was not influenced the utilization rate of the
kitcould be increased. |
