| 摘 要： | 泽蛙蝌蚪在２４ｈ和４８ｈ的Ｈｇ＾２＋半数致死剂量分别为０．３０４ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．２２６ｍｇ／Ｌ，泽蛙蝌蚪对汞的毒性极为敏感，可作为农田生态环境的生物监测手段。

| Abstract: | Using marsh tadpole as an object of
study,acute and chronic tests of mercurywere carried out.Half lethal concentrations of mercury for
the tadpole during 24 h and 48h were 0.304 and 0.226 mg/L respectively.The resuits showed that
marsh tadpole washighly sensitive to mercury in water contacted and could be utilized as a
means for biologi-cal monitoring of agrioecological environment. |
