抗穗发芽性鉴定在小麦杂交育种中的应用

对１００个小麦新品种（系）和６２个杂交高代品系的抗穗发芽性进行了鉴定，并通过４个抗穗发芽性不同的白皮小麦品种的完全双列杂交，分析了抗穗发芽性的配合力，结果表明，抗穗发芽育种，要注意对亲本的抗穗发芽性鉴定与组合选配，根据穗或籽粒发芽率，对杂交后代在早代进行选择，可望取得较好的效果，新品种（系）育成后还要进行鉴定，以诉地区和价值。

APPLICATION OF EVALUATION OF PREHARVESTSPROUTING RESISTANCE IN WHEAT ROSS-BREEDING

One hundred wheat cultivers/lines and 64 hybrid progenies were used in the e-valuation of the resistance to preharvest sprouting.And a complete diallel cross of fourwheat cuItivars of white seeds was made to study the combining ability of preharvestsprouting resistance in wheat.The results indicated that there were three key links in thebreeding for resistance to preharvest sprouting. A special attention should be paid to the e-valuation of the resistance of parents and parents mating. It was required that the charac-teristics of resistance of both parents should not be overlooked.A special attention shouldilso be paid to the evaluation and selection of the hybrid progenies. Better results wouldbe get if the selection for preharvest sprouting resistance was made in early generations ac-cording tO sprouting percentage or germination percentage. And a special attention shouldilso be paid to the evaluation of the breeded lineslcultivars so as to define the appropriateextending erea.
