| 摘 要： | 通过对我国农村防灾体系现状的反思，以动态演进的观点对农村防灾空间体系进行分析，指出了唯有从当地经济出发，农村防灾空间体系才有所依托，提出了把防灾减灾设计始终贯彻到社会主义新农村的建设中，以推动社会主义新农村建设的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through thinking the status of rural disaster prevention in China,the rural disaster prevention space system was analyzed from the viewpoint of dynamic evolution.It was pointed out that rural disaster prevention space system must rely on the local economy.It was proposed that the design of disaster prevention and mitigation should be carried through the construction of new socialist countryside so as to promote the sustainable development of new socialist countryside construction. |
