| 摘 要： | 为了探讨食品级PVC膜包裹猪肉时，在三类常遇温度情况下增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯对猪肉的渗透污染，用皂化蒸馏法测定了肉中邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯的迁移量。结果表明：邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯的迁移量随接触时间的延长和温度的升高而增加。温度90℃，接触0.5 h的迁移量最高，为1961.92 mg/kg（75.12 mg/dm2）。10℃以下，接触时间≤41h条件下，邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯未检出，其他条件下，邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯的迁移量均超出EC的总迁移量上限60mg/kg。
